We're dead aren't we? Again!

I've said more than once that Amy was my favourite companion. Not just of the modern series but of all time. However over the last couple of episodes I've come to the realization that Rory is actually my favourite now. He's slowly grown over time and become a great addition to the series. He's always able to see the funny side of things and is often the first to use common sense. The perfect British keep calm and carry on attitude.

  1. Yes, Rory was great in this new ep and he's been getting better and better, hasn't he? Getting some good lines now. It's funny that we don't know his surname because of course they are not the Ponds really they are Mr and Mrs whatever Rory's surname is. There's a timelessness about Rory that I like - a Britishness, yes, but one that could fit into any era - even Roman. And even as a Roman he was a very British Roman. Whereas Amy is a modern woman and wouldn't fit in anywhere else like Rory would. Great script tonight, Mark Gatiss is a good writer. And the ep starred your lift, how exciting was that!
